THE FOUNDER
Dustin Gordon
Food that tastes better, soil that heals, a smaller carbon cost. He wants all three.
Dustin came to this as a systems person, not a farmer. Fifteen years in custom software, the last ten leading a project management team. He sat with the idea for years. Then he did the work to prove the economics out. He intends to build it.
There are simpler ways to spend a decade. He isn't interested in them.
AN EARLY VOICE
[Kyle, name as he wants to be listed]
Regenerative agriculture and land stewardship, up close.
He has spent years close to the practice: ecological monitoring, education, and workshops for the farmers and ranchers doing the work. He read this thinking early and pushed on it. He holds a Permaculture Design Certificate and a degree in environmental studies and sociology.
What he has seen up close is plain: better land and better food are common ground, even between people who agree on little else.
